In partnership with cinematographer Lubosh Cech, White Horse Studio and CEM, The Fund is producing a documentary film on traditional Vietnamese music and the living musical legend Nguyen Ngoc Khánh. Our six-minute trailer is currently being developed into a longer story about the transformative power of ancient musical traditions from past to present.

We are currently marketing and distributing Nguyen Ngoc Khánh: Fire in the Lake and Hoa Tráng An: Ancient Flower, CD compilations of the extraordinary music of Nguyen Ngoc Khánh and accompanying musicians. Fund-raising and grant writing are underway to help finance the film’s editing, postproduction, marketing, and distribution.
